10/2025.(XI. 27.) of the Municipality of
Amendment of Decree No 2/2025 (II.14) on the 2025 budget of the municipality
[1] The Representative Body of Mérk Nagyközség, acting in its original legislative capacity as defined in Article 32 (2) of the Fundamental Law, in the exercise of its powers as defined in Article 32 (1) (f) of the Fundamental Law,
[2] amending Decree No. 2/2025 (II.14) on the 2025 budget of the municipality, hereby decrees the following:

Paragraph (1) of Article 2 of Municipal Decree 2/2025 (II. 14.) on the 2025 budget of the municipality shall be replaced by the following:
„(1) The body of representatives shall set the budget of the local government for the year 2025 with a budget revenue of HUF 732,717,464.00, a budget expenditure of HUF 732,717,464.00, a budget balance of HUF 0, of which HUF 0 is operating balance and HUF 0 is accumulated balance.”

(1) Annex 1 of the Municipal Decree 2/2025 (14.II.) on the Municipality's Budget 2025 shall be replaced by Annex 1.
(2) Annex 2 of the Municipal Decree 2/2025 (14.II.) on the Municipality's Budget for 2025 shall be replaced by Annex 2.
(3) Annex 6 of the Municipal Decree 2/2025 (14.II.) on the Municipality's Budget for 2025 shall be replaced by Annex 3.
(4) Annex 7 of the Municipal Decree 2/2025 (II. 14.) on the Municipality's Budget 2025 shall be replaced by Annex 4.
(5) Annex 9 of the Municipal Decree 2/2025 (II. 14.) on the Municipality's Budget 2025 shall be replaced by Annex 5.

This Regulation shall enter into force at 14.30 on 27 November 2025.
