Description:<\/td>

The school system was church-centred, with separate Greek Catholic, Roman Catholic and Reformed schools.<\/p>

First written record: in 1779, it mentions a Swabian and a Hungarian school. The teachers from the early days: F\u00fcl\u00f6p (surname unknown), Antal Baumgartner, J\u00f3zsef Mantz, G\u00e1sp\u00e1r Mantz, J\u00f3zsef Boday, G\u00e1sp\u00e1r Mantz again, Fl\u00f3ri\u00e1n Banhoffer, Istv\u00e1n J\u00e9kli, Miksa Igl\u00f3dy (called Bukovinian because he came from there), Mikl\u00f3s Kuntz (1863).<\/p>

Today, the school offers intensive German language teaching in a language laboratory.<\/p>
